The United States Government spends Billions of dollars every year studying problems.

We have rising obesity, traffic congestion, and global warming.

Our government only has plans to manipulated their tax base. Obesity? Tax foods. Traffic Congestion - create Hot Lanes (new taxes). Global Warming....here comes the carbon tax.

But in some countries, they realize that the right solution involves simplicity.....and no tax.

Italy has found a way to combat all 3 problems without raising any taxes.

The US government is prepping a new stimulus package. But how should the spend it?

Here are a couple of ideas: let's legalize refueling your car at home, and let the people use the money for a down payment on a alternative fueled vehicle.

So why haven't we started leaving Iraq?
